We want you to love your Icebugs! If you are unhappy with your purchase, don’t worry—returns are always free when you shop at Icebug.com.

To return your shoes, attach the included pre-paid return to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office. Be sure to remove or cover the original label. Otherwise, your return may take longer to arrive at our warehouse, and your refund may be delayed. 

Once we have received your return, we will refund you. If you paid by invoice through Klarna, report a return on your order in the Klarna app so that your payment is paused.

NOTE! The products must be un-used, and all original labels and tags must remain on the product.

EU customers:

If the parcel was delivered by:  

  • DHL – Drop the package off at your nearest DHL Service Point. You can find a nearby DHL Service Point or DHL agent here: Find DHL Agents | DHL Parcel 

  • Other (local transport company)– See the instructions on the return label for more information on how to return your package.

UK customers:

See the instructions on the return form, which you will find in your package. Drop your return at a UPS Access Point or schedule a pickup. Keep the return shipping receipt or snap a photo for your records.

US customers:

Please return your shoes with the UPS return shipping label included in your order. You must also attach three copies of the custom invoice.

Need a different size?

If you want to exchange your order for another size, return the item and place a new order on Icebug.com. Returns are free. Remember that all labels must be attached to your package. Taking care of the included adhesive shipping will help ensure it stays in place throughout transport.
